Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Kyoto through Japan Post.

After you place an order, we typically need 2 to 3 business days to prepare your shipment. Once it leaves, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to show activity.

We offer international shipping to all countries served by Japan Post. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, write to us and we'll figure it out.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply when your package arrives. These are set by your country's customs authority, and we have no control over them.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, get in touch at info@funikula.com with your name and order number.
