This herbal tea has been our personal choice for many years, and we at FUNIKULA drink it almost every day. We import it from a traditional tea producer in Germany that has been making this blend since 1960.

It has a well-rounded, refreshing taste of peppermint, lemon verbena and lemongrass, with more than ten other herbs, leaves and flowers underneath, from blackberry leaves to rose petals and star anise. With this many ingredients, no two spoonfuls hold quite the same mix, and so no two pots taste quite the same. That is why, after all these years, we have never tired of it.

The tea goes well with almost any food, or on its own. It contains no caffeine and no flavoring. It suits any time of day and is also good cold, which makes it a tea for all year round.

One teaspoon per cup, boiling water, five minutes.

Like any herbal tea, it needs boiling water, even when you want to drink it cold. Brew it hot and let it cool instead of cold brewing it.

Ingredients: blackberry leaves, wild raspberry leaves, peppermint, calendula flowers, ribwort plantain, lemon verbena, lemongrass, nettle leaves, hawthorn leaves, lemon balm, eucalyptus leaves, blue mallow flowers, rose petals, star anise.

Objects from twentieth-century Germany and Europe, made in a different time. Each one carries the life it's had.

Handmade Wool Mats

Every matmat has a surface worth exploring. Ridges where coarse and fine fibers pushed against each other. Color that found its own way between the layers. The texture comes from how different wools behave when felted together by hand, shrunk as far as they'll go, and every combination comes out different.

Some surfaces look like terrain from above, others like something under a microscope. Each one as different to the touch as it is to the eye.
